Company profiles
Who a provider is, what it offers, where it operates, how its care model works, what it costs, and which evidence supports those facts.
About Inside Telehealth
Inside Telehealth is a publication that explains the companies, services, prices, evidence, and decisions shaping virtual care.
Our mission
Telehealth is broader than its best-known brands. National platforms, regional providers, specialty clinics, infrastructure companies, and emerging organizations all help define how care is delivered.
We are building a practical compendium of that market. We cover large and small organizations under the same evidence standards, with particular attention to providers that are useful or distinctive but easy to overlook. Size, advertising reach, and name recognition do not determine whether a company deserves rigorous coverage.
Inside Telehealth Editorial is the organizational byline for this publication's company profiles, access guides and reporting. Our methodology explains how coverage is researched and maintained. Send questions or source material to editor@insidetelehealth.org.
Our coverage
Who a provider is, what it offers, where it operates, how its care model works, what it costs, and which evidence supports those facts.
Dated, like-for-like views of prices, access, services, and tradeoffs—with definitions and unknowns shown instead of hidden.
Coverage of ownership, business models, regulation, clinical evidence, technology, artificial intelligence, and changes across the market.
Broad and fair coverage
Smaller, specialty, regional, and emerging telehealth organizations can be difficult to discover even when they address a real need. We want readers to be able to find and understand them without lowering the bar for evidence.
Organizations may submit information for consideration at no charge. A submission does not guarantee coverage, placement, a link, or a favorable conclusion. When we link to an official website, the link helps readers verify information or reach the organization—it is not an endorsement and cannot be purchased.
Who this is for
Clearer facts and direct source links for understanding available options.
Structured market context, evidence trails, and questions that deserve closer study.
A consistent map of companies, services, ownership, pricing, and market changes.
A fair way to be considered alongside larger brands under the same editorial standards.
How the work is made
We prefer primary sources, record when facts were checked, and distinguish company statements from verified facts and our own analysis. Our editorial methodology explains those practices in detail.
The editor approves publication and remains responsible for what appears on the site. Our disclosures explain company participation, links, and commercial relationships.
