Reporting tips

Send Inside Telehealth a reporting tip.

We welcome specific, evidence-backed tips about telehealth companies, ownership, pricing, access, clinical operations, regulation, acquisitions, shutdowns, and overlooked providers.

A useful first message includes

  • A concise description of what happened and why it matters
  • The company, people, care area, and geography involved
  • Relevant dates and whether the issue is ongoing
  • Links to public records, filings, policies, datasets, screenshots, or other evidence
  • How you know the information and how we may contact you
  • Any deadline or time-sensitive reason we should review it promptly

What to expect

We may not be able to respond to every message. A tip can begin reporting, but it is not itself proof: we independently corroborate consequential claims and seek fair context before publication. Sending a tip does not give a source or company control over whether, when, or how we publish.

Inside Telehealth cannot provide medical advice or emergency assistance. Call 911 or your local emergency number for an emergency.
