Fertility in Kentucky.
Company statements checked between September 10, 2026 and September 11, 2026: 3 covered companies — Allara Health, Ro and Sesame — advertise online fertility services to patients in Kentucky. Confirm eligibility and total charges with the provider.

Verify the service and payment route separately
Kentucky is included in Allara’s complete medical-and-nutrition state list. The company places fertility concerns inside a broader women’s specialty membership, with video visits involving a medical provider and a registered dietitian. That service description is not evidence that your insurer participates.
Before enrolling, confirm individual eligibility, appointment availability and the plan-specific bill. In-network care can still involve copayments, coinsurance and deductibles. The documented membership does not establish IVF or another assisted-reproduction procedure.
Understand the self-pay alternatives
The self-pay guide, read September 11, 2026, lists Complete Care at $149/month and Nutrition Only at $125/month. The lower figure is for a different program, not the same medical appointments. Lab work, imaging, prescriptions and supplements remain separately billed.
Ask who handles follow-up, how another practice shares records and what renewal or cancellation entails. Membership payment does not guarantee a prescription.
A test is a different purchase
Ro’s Modern Fertility Hormone Test is listed at $179 and, the product page says, is available in every US state except New York and Rhode Island — so it is sold to buyers in Kentucky. It is an at-home collection kit mailed to a laboratory.
That buys a result, not a course of care. The page describes access to a fertility nurse for questions, but no consultation, diagnosis or prescription is established, and a hormone level is not by itself an answer. The state statement above is about the hormone test; Ro’s other fertility items are sold as separate products.
What the Sesame subscription buys
Sesame’s fertility programme page says its virtual care team is available in all 50 states, Kentucky among them. The subscription is advertised from $119 a month, or $99 for Costco members — both starting figures rather than fixed charges — and covers the initial visit, ongoing virtual visits, unlimited messaging, fertility planning, lab ordering, cycle support and medication management.
What it does not cover is the treatment. The same page lists medications, labs, imaging, IUI and IVF, HSG, egg retrieval, genetic testing and cryopreservation or storage as costs outside the subscription, and routes patients who need in-person care to the partner clinic group IVI RMA. The clinic and telehealth state lists on that page are IVI RMA’s own footprint, so readers in Kentucky should confirm separately where that partner actually treats patients.
Our Allara company profile and national fertility guide provide broader context without confirming every other service for Kentucky. This is selected online access, not a local-office claim or an exhaustive directory. The Ro and Sesame profiles add company background.

Selected providers
Which providers serve Kentucky?
3 companies with published profiles and service-specific source records. Listed alphabetically, not ranked. This is selected coverage—not every provider in the market.
Formats describe the program, not a guaranteed first-visit option in every state. A messaging or questionnaire option does not promise an initial evaluation without a live appointment. Read each provider’s service and state access notes.

| Allara Health Fertility concerns handled inside a broader women's specialty membership rather than as a standalone fertility programme Official website ↗ |
A dedicated Complete Care team of one medical provider and one registered dietitian, retained across visits. These are distinct professions: the medical providers are described as board-certified OB-GYNs, endocrinologists and women's health nurse practitioners, and the registered dietitian is not drawn from that list. Access channel: Direct to consumer | Insurance · Cash pay There is no fertility-specific price. Self-pay Complete Care is $149 a month; the $125 Nutrition Program is a different membership and is not a cheaper route to the same medical care. Allara says patients with accepted in-network insurance have no membership fee but may owe plan-required cost-sharing. Its self-pay guidance describes labs and imaging as separately billed, while its pricing page lists comprehensive hormonal and metabolic testing or imaging, as needed, as a feature of the Complete Care Program. A feature listing is not a statement that the membership pays the charge, so ask for the complete quote before assuming either. | Allara lists Kentucky for full medical-and-nutrition access and includes fertility concerns within that broader program; this does not establish assisted-reproduction procedures. The company lists this state among those with complete medical and nutrition care. Read from the company own enumerated state lists rather than a nationwide statement. It does not establish patient eligibility, clinician availability, insurance participation in this state, or that any particular medication is offered. State evidence checked · State availability source The company lists fertility issues among the conditions its clinicians address, alongside PCOS, endometriosis and others. The cited pages do not describe IVF or other assisted reproductive procedures; that is what those pages establish rather than a confirmed absence of any such service. Complete medical care is unavailable in Hawaii, Kansas, New Mexico, Rhode Island and South Carolina, where only a nutrition membership is offered. Company-reported. Company-reported · Checked |
| Ro At-home fertility hormone testing sold as a product under the Modern Fertility brand Official website ↗ |
The catalogue page presents products rather than a booked clinician. The test's own product page describes access to a fertility nurse through the company's community for questions, so support exists, but no treating clinician relationship or consultation is established. Access channel: Direct to consumer | Cash pay The Modern Fertility Hormone Test is listed at $179. The catalogue also lists ovulation and pregnancy tests, each purchased separately. No ongoing fertility care price is published, because the offering is testing rather than a programme. | Ro sells the Modern Fertility Hormone Test in every US state except New York and Rhode Island, so it is offered to buyers in Kentucky. The claim covers that one at-home hormone test, not a fertility programme. Ro's product page states that "The Modern Fertility Hormone Test is available in all US states except New York and Rhode Island." The statement applies to that one lab-based test, not to a fertility programme and not to Ro's other fertility products. The page describes an at-home collection kit mailed to a laboratory and access to a fertility nurse for questions, not a consultation. It names US states and not the District of Columbia. It does not establish a treating clinician relationship, a diagnosis, a prescription, or that anyone will interpret the result for a particular person. State evidence checked · State availability source The product page states the hormone test is available in all US states except New York and Rhode Island. This is testing rather than fertility treatment: the pages do not describe ongoing care, referral to a clinic or medication management. The cited pages brand the products as Ro's but do not state how the Modern Fertility brand came to be part of the company. Company-reported. Company-reported · Checked |
| Sesame A dedicated virtual fertility programme with consultations, care plans, messaging and medication management, and a route to in-person specialist treatment Official website ↗ |
A dedicated fertility provider the company describes as trained in diagnostic protocol for reproductive medicine, with referral to IVI RMA specialists for in-clinic treatment including IVF and egg freezing where needed. Access channel: Direct to consumer | Cash pay Advertised as starting at $119 a month, or $99 a month for Costco members, with no insurance required. The source says starting at and as low as, so neither figure is a fixed monthly charge. The company states the monthly membership includes the initial consultation, ongoing virtual visits as needed, unlimited provider messaging, fertility planning, lab ordering, medication management and coordination with IVI RMA specialists. | Sesame says its virtual fertility care team is available in all 50 states, Kentucky among them. The subscription covers virtual consultation and coordination; in-person treatment runs through the partner group IVI RMA and is billed separately. Sesame's fertility programme page states that "Patients begin their fertility journey with Sesame's virtual care team, which is available in all 50 states." That sentence covers Sesame's own virtual care team, which is consultation and coordination rather than treatment. The clinic and telehealth state lists printed on the same page are its partner IVI RMA's, and describe where that partner works rather than where Sesame does. The statement names the fifty states and not the District of Columbia. It does not establish patient eligibility, an appointment or a prescription, and the same page lists medications, labs, imaging, IUI and IVF, HSG, egg retrieval, genetic testing and cryopreservation or storage as costs outside the subscription. State evidence checked · State availability source The company publishes what the subscription excludes: fertility medications, laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, procedures such as IUI or IVF, egg retrieval, embryo transfer or cryopreservation, and genetic testing or counselling. It says referred patients may receive discounts on select procedures and negotiated cash-pay lab pricing through Quest Diagnostics. So the monthly fee buys guidance and coordination, and the treatments themselves are billed separately. Company-reported. Company-reported · Checked |

How companies enter this list
Each selected company has a published profile, a maintained service row and a separately reviewed match to current evidence for this state. A general national footprint is insufficient. The list is selective; an omitted provider is not necessarily unavailable. Inclusion does not establish clinical suitability, state licensure or a currently available appointment.
Smaller and larger providers use the same source requirements and alphabetical ordering. Visit each profile for company history and wider context, or suggest another provider.
