On this page
Selected compounded semaglutide injection plans list combined medication-and-program charges from $135 to $297 per month, with important dose, membership and price-verification conditions. Key prices and billing conditions were rechecked on official provider pages October 15, 2026; Henry’s $297 figure remains from its dated program schedule, not a confirmed current checkout quote. Starter prepayments and longer commitments mean that monthly range is not a guarantee of your first payment or final total.
This is a guide to budgeting for the reviewed offers, not every seller in the market. Our sortable semaglutide price comparison keeps product, recurring cost, upfront payment and commitment together. The goal is to compare actual required charges rather than rank a membership fee against somebody else’s medication-inclusive price.
Compare injection plans separately from other formulations
The prices below concern compounded injections. Oral drops, pills and other products do not belong in the same row merely because their marketing uses semaglutide. Product identity and billing terms matter before an “all-in” calculation is useful.
Likewise, the provider dose labels below identify price categories, not a recommendation to start at a listed dose or a claim that different compounds are interchangeable. Some companies charge by tier; others advertise one refill price or publish a total supply cap. Converting all of those into one imagined identical product would make the table less accurate, not more comparable.
| Provider and published injection category | Medication and required care charges | Combined recurring figure |
|---|---|---|
| Gentle Health, 0.24–0.48 mg/week | One program fee | $135/month |
| Gentle Health, >0.48–1.2 mg/week | One program fee | $159/month |
| Gentle Health, >1.2–2.4 mg/week | One program fee | $199/month |
| Mochi Health, representative 0.22 mg/week example | $60 medicine + $79 membership | $139/month |
| Mochi Health, representative 0.88 mg/week example | $82 medicine + $79 membership | $161/month |
| Mochi Health, representative 2.21 mg/week example | $96 medicine + $79 membership | $175/month |
| OrderlyMeds monthly refill option | One medicine-and-care charge | $149/requested refill, described as one month |
| Henry Meds monthly injection program | Published program charge | $297/month; current checkout price not established |
Primary sources: Gentle Health pricing, Mochi per-dose prices and membership FAQ, Orderly pricing, Henry’s program schedule. The Henry schedule is dated December 3, 2025; continued public availability of that document is not verification of today’s checkout offer. Mochi’s medicine amounts are representative examples, with exact account pricing still to confirm.
Starter and transfer offers change the first payment
Orderly’s published entry offers are not simply the ordinary $149 monthly option with a new label. The starter program costs $149 upfront for a described two-month program; the transfer program costs $224 upfront for a described two-month program. Their customer and prescription-history conditions differ. Subsequent quoted refills are $149.
The distinction creates three different budgeting examples:
| Orderly option | Entry payment | Illustrative cash for roughly 12 weeks |
|---|---|---|
| New-customer starter | $149 for two-month program | $149 + $149 refill = $298 estimate |
| New-customer transfer | $224 for two-month program | $224 + $149 refill = $373 estimate |
| Monthly refill option | $149 per requested refill | Three $149 charges = $447 estimate |
The refill calculations assume the described monthly supply periods extend to the comparison horizon. They are not confirmation of exactly 84 days of medicine. Applicable checkout tax remains unresolved. Public pages also contain different starter-period wording, so confirm the priced program and quantity in the actual offer before paying. A new-customer discount should not be treated as an indefinitely renewable monthly price.
What a first-12-week figure can and cannot tell you
For Gentle Health’s three injection tiers, three unchanged monthly charges produce $405, $477 or $597 budgeting estimates. The company bills by calendar month and describes shipments as two months or more depending on dose; the calculation is not independent verification of an exact 12-week supply.
For Mochi’s standard monthly membership and the three representative medication examples above, three combined charges produce $417, $483 or $525 estimates. These use the standard $79 membership instead of assuming that an advertised first-month promotion applies in a particular state or account. A clinician-directed price-category change would change the later medication charge.
Henry’s $297 monthly schedule produces a three-payment illustration of $891, but the underlying current checkout price remains unverified. The published schedule describes total medicine quantities over 70- or 90-day periods. Those caps should not be converted into an inferred weekly dose or compared as though they establish the same supply as another company’s tier.
These examples answer a cash-planning question. They do not forecast a patient’s treatment course, promise unchanged pricing or determine the amount of medicine a clinician will prescribe. Keeping the assumption beside the number makes it possible to use an estimate without mistaking it for a purchase quote.
Longer prepaid plans: count the whole bill due now
Henry’s published schedule lists a six-month prepaid injection option at $1,482 and a twelve-month prepaid option at $2,364. Those amounts cover longer periods than the first-12-week window, but if payment is required upfront, the entire amount belongs in a near-term cash budget. It would be misleading to divide the annual payment into months and pretend only three monthly equivalents are payable now.
Mochi’s prepaid plans concern membership, while medication continues to be charged separately. A lower averaged membership price therefore does not mean medicine is included or prepaid. Readers should ask for both cash events: the membership withdrawal and the first medication bill. Our comparison distinguishes prepaid membership from recurring drug charges instead of collapsing them into a fictional single monthly payment.
What is included, and where might extra costs appear?
Gentle Health states that its fee includes medicine, doctor care, injection supplies when needed and refrigerated delivery, with no separate membership, shipping fee or added sales tax. Its terms impose a two-month minimum and cancellation 30 days after a refill request; current-month payments are not prorated. At a fixed tier, its two required payments total $270, $318 or $398.
Orderly describes consultations, messaging, injection supplies and temperature-controlled shipping within the program price, while checkout tax and some refill-enrollment details remain unresolved. Mochi charges medication separately from membership; its FAQ says there are no extra tax or shipping charges, but its Terms of Use, section 4 permit applicable taxes, shipping charges and fees on medication orders. Confirm the actual checkout amount rather than silently choosing one statement. The Patient Agreement on that page also permits a fee of up to $75 for an appointment missed without 24 hours’ notice; that conditional fee is not automatically added to every monthly total. Henry’s program schedule includes injection kits, but its current checkout and any new-member discount still need confirmation. Unpriced outside testing should not be assumed included or automatically required for every offer.
Price transparency is separate from regulatory status. FDA states that compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. Neither a low price nor a provider listing establishes product equivalence, an individual prescription’s legality or clinical suitability.
Product status is a separate comparison
FDA context below was checked October 18, 2026; the price-check dates above have not changed.
Dosing and ingredient identity. FDA’s compounded semaglutide dosing-error alert describes reports, including hospitalizations, that may be related to overdoses from measurement or calculation errors. Different concentrations and confusion between milligrams, milliliters and syringe units were among the reported problems. Separately, FDA’s unapproved GLP-1 concerns identify semaglutide sodium and acetate as different active ingredients from the base form in approved drugs; FDA says it knows of no lawful basis for their use in compounding. A shared ingredient name is not proof of an identical product.
After the shortages. The end of temporary shortage-related enforcement periods did not make every compound either permitted or prohibited. FDA’s April 1, 2026 clarification describes patient-specific conditions and restrictions on essentially copying commercially available drugs under section 503A, and separate bulk-ingredient conditions under section 503B. An additive or low price alone does not establish an exception. Our compounding-framework explanation adds context.
Marketing is not approval. FDA’s March 3, 2026 announcement of 30 telehealth warning letters describes concerns about implied equivalence to approved drugs and unclear sourcing. That announcement is not a finding about every provider in this price table. Our Ozempic/Wegovy comparison explains the product distinction. This price guide neither recommends a dose nor determines clinical suitability or a pharmacy’s compliance.
