Company profile
Mochi Health
A subscription-based telehealth platform offering weight care and a broader menu including skin, hair, mental-health and menopause services. Membership, medication and diagnostics are separate charges; an August 2026 notice changed compounded medication pricing from flat rates to variable tiers.

What Mochi Health does
Mochi Health connects subscribers with clinicians and ongoing support. Its current menu extends beyond weight management to skin, hair, mental health, menopause and sexual-health offerings. The site describes physician access, coaching and messaging, with prescribed products supplied through pharmacies. Pharmacy relationships and the Aequita proceeding are discussed below.
The site’s corporate disclaimer identifies Mochi Health Corp. as the administrative and technology business, not the provider of professional medical services. Those services are described as coming from independently owned practices.
Mochi advertises compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide among its products. FDA’s compounded-drug marketing explanation distinguishes these products from approved generic drugs. This profile reports the service and its charges, not clinical equivalence, effectiveness or individual eligibility for a compounded prescription.
History and organization
A company account states that Mochi was founded in 2022 and names Myra Ahmad as founder and CEO. It does not establish the current equity ownership breakdown.
A June 2026 app announcement describes the addition of Spanish-language app access and again identifies Ahmad as founder and CEO. An app-language feature should not be read as guaranteed availability of a Spanish-speaking clinician for every appointment.
Joining and service availability
The FAQ describes video visits and nutrition/wellness support, and says the service can be accessed across the United States. It distinguishes the regular subscription from Wellness Plus, an option for people with qualifying insurance.
The terms describe both paid and limited free membership. Free access excludes one-to-one video visits and can exclude categories of care or products. A nationwide headline, account registration or insurance submission does not guarantee program eligibility, pharmacy supply or a prescription. We did not enroll or test appointment availability.
Membership and medication prices
The homepage advertises a $79 standard monthly membership and a $39 introductory month for new subscribers. It expressly excludes medication and diagnostic charges. The promotion terms, effective January 20, 2026, exclude previous subscribers and Wellness Plus, and provide for automatic billing at the standard selected-plan rate after the promotion. The homepage also says the offer is unavailable in some states.
The company’s August 2026 pricing update is important when reading older price references:
| Medication charge | Published range per company-labeled month | What can change it |
|---|---|---|
| Compounded semaglutide | $60–$99 | Prescribed tier, state and dispensing pharmacy |
| Compounded tirzepatide | $90–$199 | Prescribed tier, state and dispensing pharmacy |
These charges are in addition to membership, and the update describes the posted rates as representative. The account’s upcoming order quote may differ. The lower endpoint is not the price for every patient, and these two compounded products do not represent the price of brand-name medication or the rest of Mochi’s catalog.
The FAQ still describes $99 and $199 as flat prices for all tiers, despite the newer update. It also publishes prepaid membership choices. Confirm the selected plan’s actual upfront charge and renewal amount; we have not converted a promotional or prepaid option into an apparently commitment-free monthly price.
Cancellation, renewals and refunds
The terms distinguish cancelling membership from changing or cancelling a medication subscription. Paid membership cancellation takes effect at the end of its term. A medication order must be changed before its refill request is sent to a pharmacy; cancelling membership also cancels medication subscriptions that require it.
Partly used membership periods are generally not refundable. Discretionary exceptions are limited, including no discretionary membership refund for a month in which provider services were received. Medication fees are not refundable after an order is sent for dispensing. The shorter refund page also says prescription sales are final and directs people to contact support about filling errors. “Cancel anytime” does not mean every past or already-processed charge is reversible.
Legal history
An earlier Northern District of California listing, checked September 8, 2026, recorded an August 4, 2025 filing for Novo Nordisk A/S et al. v. Mochi Health Corp. et al., case 5:25-cv-06563-EKL. The current GovInfo case metadata categorizes the case as a trademark matter and links the September 3, 2026 discovery order. The original filing date comes from the earlier listing, not the current GovInfo metadata. These records establish a proceeding and a procedural order, not a finding of infringement or other liability or a final outcome.
In a separate Lilly case, 3:25-cv-03534-JSC, the April 20, 2026 court order allowed unfair-competition and false-advertising claims to proceed, but dismissed the conspiracy claim with permission to amend it. Lilly challenges compounded-product marketing and alleged control over clinical decisions. Mochi’s defendants disputed those claims, including whether the alleged conduct went beyond administrative services. This was a pleading-stage ruling, not a finding that the alleged conduct occurred. Mochi’s public response frames the litigation as a dispute over affordable access and says its platform supports physician autonomy.
The Lilly order also recounts allegations of shared control involving Mochi and Aequita Pharmacy; this profile does not treat those allegations as a verified ownership chart. Separately, Washington’s pharmacy commission announced a limited stop-service action against Aequita on March 13, 2025, citing alleged failures involving staff qualifications, supervision and sterile-compounding procedures. The notice restricted Aequita’s compounding and distribution of compounded products in Washington pending resolution. It was an action against the pharmacy, not a shutdown order against Mochi. A current resolution has not been verified here.
Privacy and evidence limits
The privacy policy distinguishes platform information from protected health information held by affiliated practices, whose separate notice governs that information. It describes advertising-related processing and other platform uses. This is a report of the policy, not a security or data-flow audit.
Prices and product availability are particularly variable here. We have not tested fulfillment, audited pharmacies or independently verified the site’s patient counts. Readers should confirm the exact plan and pharmacy quote before paying.

Published monthly pricing and cost components for Mochi Health's named medication programs, from the national medication guides. These are advertised prices, not a quote; availability in a particular state is shown in the state guides. Each product is labelled as one of three presentations: an advertised monthly bundle, a known monthly subtotal (not a final bill), or a record where dose-level totals are not disclosed, which may give only a starting figure or cost components such as a membership.

Eligible new subscribers pay $39 membership for the first month, reducing each subtotal by $40. The page says promotional pricing is not available in all states.

Availability claims
One row per jurisdiction and reported status. Scopes that share a status, attribution, source and observation date are listed together in a single row; a scope the company reports differently keeps its own row. "Company / platform" means the company as a whole, not every service. "Company-reported" means the company said it; it has not been independently checked unless the attribution says so.
