OrderlyMeds connects self-paying customers with clinicians and pharmacies for weight-care programs. Its public catalog includes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide alongside branded Wegovy and Zepbound. A separate longevity menu also advertises NAD+ and sermorelin; those products are not included in the weight-care prices below.

Company background and operating model

The terms identify OrderlyMeds LLC and its subsidiaries as the platform operators. They distinguish the platform from the medical group, individual providers, laboratories and pharmacies: OrderlyMeds states that it is not itself the healthcare provider.

The company’s FAQ dates the start of public prescribing by its medical providers to early 2024 and names Brian Spears as chief medical officer. That is not a verified incorporation date or evidence of equity ownership. The reviewed sources do not establish a complete ownership structure or current headquarters.

How the service works

Customers complete an online screening, make a payment and have their information reviewed by a clinician. The FAQ describes portal messaging as the usual consultation channel, but its video-consultation lists disagree: several answers name Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Kansas and West Virginia, while a later answer omits Rhode Island. Confirm the required format for the patient’s state before paying. These are company descriptions of its workflow, not an independent state-law analysis.

The service advertises a clinician network covering all 50 states. That does not establish that every listed product can be supplied in every state, or that an individual applicant will receive a prescription.

Published prices and what they include

These figures were checked on the current pricing page on September 8, 2026. Introductory totals and regular monthly prices are different commitments.

Weight-care product Advertised two-month starter total Listed regular monthly plan
Compounded semaglutide $149 upfront $149
Compounded tirzepatide $299 upfront $299
Wegovy No starter total listed in these cards $1,839
Zepbound No starter total listed in these cards $1,498

The starter offers are for new customers, and the homepage limits starter pricing to the lowest program tier. Its displayed monthly labels round down: $149 divided across two months is $74.50, and $299 divided across two months is $149.50. Those calculations are equivalents, not permission to pay the starter total in monthly installments.

The pricing page also lists separate two-month special offers totaling $224 for compounded semaglutide and $449 for compounded tirzepatide. Eligibility and the selected program should be confirmed before payment.

The FAQ says doctor consultations, medication, injection supplies and shipping are included and that there is no separate membership fee. It says insurance is not accepted; accepting an HSA or FSA card does not establish that a particular expense qualifies for reimbursement.

One pricing inconsistency remains: FAQ wording suggests starter and month-to-month prices can be the same, while the dedicated pricing page labels the higher recurring monthly amounts shown above. Readers should obtain the actual order total and subsequent purchase price rather than rely on that FAQ shorthand.

Compounded products are not FDA-approved generic versions of the branded drugs. The FDA’s explanation of telehealth drug marketing describes that distinction; it is not a company-specific finding about OrderlyMeds.

Regulatory history

In a June 8, 2026 warning letter, FDA alleged misleading promotion of compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. It objected to pictured labels suggesting OrderlyMeds compounded the products and to an advertised pharmacy-licensing designation FDA does not grant. The letter requested corrective action and a response. This reports FDA’s stated concerns, not a court judgment. We have not verified a company response or a close-out; that does not mean OrderlyMeds failed to respond.

Cancellation and refunds

The FAQ says a standard order can be cancelled before a clinician finalizes the prescription, but not after it is written. A separate answer explicitly excepts multi-month plans from that cancellation description. The company states that applicants denied a prescription receive a full refund.

The public answers do not establish a single complete multi-month cancellation schedule. Before prepaying, customers should confirm the rules for their specific offer, including unused months. “No membership fee” does not mean an already authorized prescription order is refundable.

Privacy and questions to resolve

The privacy policy, dated October 18, 2024, describes website analytics, advertising identifiers and cookies. The platform’s policy and the terms distinguish platform information handling from services provided by medical groups and pharmacies. These are published policies, not an independent privacy or security assessment.

The most important open questions are the applicable introductory tier, the subsequent monthly charge, multi-month refund terms, and whether the selected prescription is available at the customer’s location.

OrderlyMeds medication prices

Published monthly pricing and cost components for OrderlyMeds's named medication programs, from the national medication guides. These are advertised prices, not a quote; availability in a particular state is shown in the state guides. Each product is labelled as one of three presentations: an advertised monthly bundle, a known monthly subtotal (not a final bill), or a record where dose-level totals are not disclosed, which may give only a starting figure or cost components such as a membership.

Availability claims

One row per jurisdiction and reported status. Scopes that share a status, attribution, source and observation date are listed together in a single row; a scope the company reports differently keeps its own row. "Company / platform" means the company as a whole, not every service. "Company-reported" means the company said it; it has not been independently checked unless the attribution says so.
