What Henry Meds does
Henry Meds, also branded Henry, markets online weight-management, women’s hormone, testosterone and erectile-dysfunction programs. Its FAQ describes an intake, clinician review and shipment of any prescribed medication, with ongoing patient-portal communication.
The terms identify Adonis Health, Inc. as the business behind Henry Meds. They describe a coordination platform working with separate providers, pharmacies and laboratories, not a company that itself makes prescribing decisions or fills prescriptions. Its services are offered on a self-pay basis.
Some advertised programs involve compounded medication. FDA’s marketing guidance for telehealth companies explains that compounded drugs are not approved generics. This profile does not assess treatment performance or establish whether an individual prescription satisfies compounding requirements.
Company identity and history
The terms identify Adonis Health, Inc. as doing business as Henry Meds. Henry is another name used on the site; a branding difference alone does not establish a separate provider.
The current terms were marked updated August 6, 2026. A linked program document carries a December 3, 2025 update label. Those are document dates, not evidence of when the company was founded or rebranded. We have not established a founding date, founders, current headquarters or ownership percentages from the public materials reviewed.
Access and care format
According to the FAQ, users must be adults and be in a supported state. Initial review can involve video or a non-video clinician review, depending on location, with messaging through the portal. The reviewed FAQ does not give a complete current state-by-service matrix.
The GLP-1 program page states an age range of 18–70 for consideration. That is company enrollment policy, not a recommendation about treatment suitability. Its general “adults” language should not be substituted for every program’s specific restrictions.
We did not submit medical information, book a visit or test pharmacy fulfillment. An available appointment or paid evaluation does not guarantee a prescription.
Published prices and what needs confirmation
The current GLP-1 page advertises a starting price of $179 per month and says provider visits, medication, supplies and ongoing support are included. The amount varies by selected program and prescribed tier.
Henry also links a program schedule marked December 3, 2025. Examples below describe that published document, not independently confirmed September 2026 checkout quotes:
| Program label in the linked schedule | Published charge |
|---|---|
| Injectable semaglutide | $297/month |
| Testosterone program, listed standard options | $129/month |
| KYZATREX oral testosterone program | $179/month; schedule excludes California |
| Women’s hormone program | $149/month, with a listed $100 testosterone-cream add-on |
| Erectile-dysfunction oral options | $150 for three months, one-time payment |
The document also has inconsistent oral-product and supply-duration labels, including an oral-semaglutide heading followed by a tirzepatide description. One tablet entry lists $249/month alongside undiscounted totals of $1,074 for six months and $2,148 for twelve—figures that instead equal $179/month. That discrepancy is separate from its explicitly discounted prepayment prices. We have not chosen one conflicting entry as the correct quote. Monthly billing, shipment cadence and plan length are different quantities; confirm all three and the total obligation at enrollment.
Cancellation, outstanding balances and refunds
The FAQ permits cancellation through the portal or support, but says a multi-month plan may require payment of its remaining balance unless the clinician determines the patient cannot continue for medical reasons. Its “no long-term contracts” headline should therefore not be read as a promise that every multi-month commitment can be abandoned without cost.
The terms say cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the billing period, with no partial-period refund except as required by law. They identify a $30 consultation component that becomes nonrefundable after an evaluation produces a prescription, plus possible refund-processing deductions.
The separate refund and replacement policy makes shipped prescriptions final sale, with specified remedies for verified dispensing or delivery problems. It requires reporting damage or suspected temperature problems within 48 hours of delivery. A documented medical-discontinuation exception may permit a prorated refund of unused prepaid subscription time after review; already-dispensed medication remains excluded.
These are financial policy descriptions, not an independent conclusion that every restriction is enforceable. Cancellation, a replacement shipment and a cash refund are distinct outcomes.
Legal history
The Northern District of California lists Eli Lilly and Company v. Adonis Health, Inc., case 4:25-cv-03536-JST, filed April 23, 2025. Adonis is the entity identified in Henry’s terms. The court’s public listing includes a September 1, 2026 joint case-management statement and a September 4 procedural motion. These establish litigation and recent procedural activity, not liability. The listing does not summarize the merits or the company’s defense; this profile has not verified a final disposition.
Privacy and remaining questions
The privacy policy describes browser-use sharing with advertising, social-media and analytics partners, along with tracking controls. We have not audited actual data flows or treated a website privacy badge as proof of compliance.
The main pre-purchase questions are current program pricing, eligibility in the patient’s state, the complete multi-month commitment and refund deductions. This is public-document reporting, not a patient-experience review.
