Semaglutide: online access in Pennsylvania.

Company statements checked between September 10, 2026 and September 23, 2026: 3 covered companies — Gentle Health, GoodRx Care and Mochi Health — advertise online access to Semaglutide for patients in Pennsylvania. Confirm eligibility and total charges with the provider.

Company-reported Pennsylvania access to Gentle Health's compounded oral and injectable semaglutide, GoodRx Care Direct's branded Wegovy pen, Wegovy HD and Wegovy tablet, and Mochi Health's compounded semaglutide injection, with product, pricing and enrollment limitations.

Selected product offers advertised for patients in Pennsylvania, not verified local offices, pharmacy stock, appointment slots or prescription guarantees.

Gentle Health: Pennsylvania is named for both semaglutide programs

The company’s coverage article lists Pennsylvania for compounded oral semaglutide and compounded injectable semaglutide. Both are advertised offers, priced and supplied on their own schedules; a state listing establishes neither approval nor availability of a particular shipment.

Pennsylvania appears in the online-first group of the August 21 workflow article. Written intake comes first and clinician review follows, and that review may require a live visit, request more information or end in a decline. This describes company operations rather than Pennsylvania law.

Compounded preparations are not approved products; FDA draws that distinction for telehealth advertising. The ingredient name is shared with Wegovy and Ozempic, and that is all it establishes.

Read the commitment, not just the tier

Gentle Health advertises compounded oral semaglutide at $112, $189 or $258 monthly and compounded injectable semaglutide at $135, $159 or $199 monthly, without a separate membership fee. Its current terms say the first medication request starts a recurring monthly subscription. Cancellation is available before pharmacy submission or beginning 30 days after the order date once submitted; it stops future billing immediately, but the current billing month’s remainder is not refunded. Pharmacy-stage refunds are handled case by case.

This is Gentle Health’s Pennsylvania footprint, not the state’s whole semaglutide market. The national guide and the company profile cover the rest.

GoodRx Care Direct: branded Wegovy in Pennsylvania

GoodRx Care Direct offers three branded semaglutide presentations: the Wegovy pen, Wegovy HD and the Wegovy tablet. GoodRx’s help center says Care Direct weight loss treatment is offered in all U.S. states except Alabama and Louisiana, so Pennsylvania is included; the statement is about the service, not each drug. Its Wegovy page bills medication apart from a $39 monthly membership that excludes medication: the pen at $199 a month for the first two fills at 0.25 and 0.5 mg, then $349; Wegovy HD at $399 a month for the 7.2 mg dose; the tablet from $149 a month at 1.5 mg. Enrolment does not establish a prescription, a particular dose or offer, or pharmacy stock. See the GoodRx Care profile.

Mochi Health in Pennsylvania

Mochi’s Pennsylvania page names compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide among the medications its providers may prescribe there; this page lists its compounded semaglutide injection. Compounded semaglutide is not FDA-approved and is not branded Wegovy or Ozempic. Mochi’s membership is $39 for an eligible new member’s first month, an offer it says is not available in every state, then $79 monthly, with medication billed separately. Its August pricing guide lists compounded semaglutide injections at $60–99 per month depending on prescription, state and pharmacy, and calls those rates representative. The state page does not establish the price in Pennsylvania, pharmacy stock, individual eligibility or fulfilment. See the Mochi Health profile.

Selected providers

Which providers offer Semaglutide in Pennsylvania?

3 companies with published profiles and service-specific source records. Listed alphabetically, not ranked. This is selected coverage—not every provider in the market.

Formats describe the program, not a guaranteed first-visit option in every state. A messaging or questionnaire option does not promise an initial evaluation without a live appointment. Read each provider’s service and state access notes.

The monthly cost column adds disclosed medication and required membership charges at each advertised dose and labels each figure an advertised bundle or a known subtotal. Where labs, taxes or other charges are not priced, the figure is not a guaranteed final bill. Cash prices use each provider’s stated monthly billing basis; supplied weeks and upfront commitments can differ. Dose labels identify price tiers, not treatment recommendations.

Compounded semaglutide — injection: Mochi's Pennsylvania page names compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide among the medications its providers may prescribe there. It does not establish pharmacy stock, individual eligibility, the price in Pennsylvania or pharmacy fulfilment.

Mochi's Pennsylvania state page, answering which weight loss medications it offers there, names compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide among its compounded medication options. The page lists compounded oral semaglutide separately. This is an advertised compounded product, not a branded or FDA-approved generic offer. The company's medications page separately says availability and pricing vary by state. The page does not establish pharmacy stock, the dispensing pharmacy, clinician approval, individual eligibility, the price in Pennsylvania or legal clearance for an order.

The range applies to compounded injections. It does not price the compounded pill or the branded products also advertised on Mochi's site. Pharmacy assignment, full formulation, supply and access need an order-specific check. Mochi's FAQ says insurance coverage depends entirely on the individual carrier, plan and employer and describes a separate Wellness Plus plan available with qualifying insurance; the selected offers here are recorded at their advertised cash rates. That is not a finding that Mochi refuses insurance or that a compounded prescription can never be covered.

How companies enter this list

Each listed product has separately reviewed, current product-specific evidence for this state. A company footprint or broad care service cannot establish medication access. Named products, forms and approval categories remain distinct; inclusion is not a claim of interchangeability. The list is selective, not a complete inventory of providers. Inclusion does not establish clinical suitability, state licensure or a currently available appointment.

Smaller and larger providers use the same source requirements and alphabetical ordering. Visit each profile for company history and wider context, or suggest another provider.
