Mental health in Oregon.
Company statements checked between September 10, 2026 and September 15, 2026: 3 covered companies — Doctor On Demand, FOLX Health and MDLIVE — advertise online mental health services to patients in Oregon. Confirm eligibility and total charges with the provider.
Selected online mental-health services advertised for Oregon, distinguishing therapy, psychiatry, relationship sessions, existing-ADHD care and membership charges.
For patients in Oregon. These are advertised online services, not verified local offices, appointment slots or prescription guarantees.
Choose the appointment type first
FOLX’s state-service table lists talk therapy, relationship or couples therapy, and ongoing ADHD care for Oregon. These are separate appointment types, not one bundled visit. A therapist appointment does not automatically include medication management; confirm the professional’s role and the service being booked.
The existing-ADHD restriction matters
FOLX requires a prior ADHD diagnosis and a prescription within the last six months; it does not provide an initial diagnosis. Its booking instructions require evaluation, diagnosis and treatment documentation at least three business days before the appointment. Insufficient records can mean another paid visit. Appointments are not refundable merely because no prescription results.
Individual therapy, couples sessions and medication-management visits have separate charges. Full-platform membership does not include visits, labs or medication; ask whether limited-access booking applies to your appointment and request its total price.
Check the specific plan, professional and service against FOLX’s insurance guidance. Its Medicare and Medicaid FAQ says these programs do not pay for FOLX’s own services. Medicare-enrolled patients can still receive care if they agree that neither they nor FOLX will bill Medicare for it. Confirm your visit location, follow-up and cancellation arrangements. An Oregon availability entry does not establish individual eligibility, an open slot or a particular prescription.
The national mental-health guide describes other models; the FOLX profile supplies company context. This is selected coverage, not a ranking.
Psychiatry in Oregon, booked apart from therapy
Doctor On Demand’s online psychiatry page states that it provides psychiatric care in all 50 states, and that sentence is the evidence for Oregon. Its therapy page publishes no equivalent state statement, so read the entry below as psychiatry reach; talk therapy is a separate appointment type, booked and priced on its own.
The same page says a psychiatrist does not need to be physically located in the patient’s state but must be licensed where the patient is at the time of the appointment. That is a licensing arrangement rather than a Oregon office, and it does not establish an open slot, a covered price or any particular prescription. The cost page separates the initial psychiatry consultation from follow-ups. The Doctor On Demand profile carries company background.
Oregon health context
The Oregon Health Plan telehealth page tells members to request interpreter or language help from the provider’s office when arranging a visit and to ask their coordinated care organization about connection difficulties. This is OHP guidance, not evidence that FOLX accepts OHP. State source checked September 11, 2026.

Selected providers
Which providers serve Oregon?
3 companies with published profiles and service-specific source records. Listed alphabetically, not ranked. This is selected coverage—not every provider in the market.
Formats describe the program, not a guaranteed first-visit option in every state. A messaging or questionnaire option does not promise an initial evaluation without a live appointment. Read each provider’s service and state access notes.

| Doctor On Demand Pay-per-visit talk therapy and psychiatry, booked as separate appointment types Official website ↗ |
Company-described psychologists and licensed therapists for talk therapy, and psychiatrists described as licensed medical doctors who can prescribe and monitor medication. Therapy appointments are not prescribing appointments. Access channel: Direct to consumer, Employer, Health plan | Cash pay · Insurance · Employer or plan benefit Self-pay therapy is listed at $134 for a 25-minute consultation and $184 for 50 minutes. Self-pay psychiatry is listed at $299 for an initial 45-minute consultation and $129 for a 15-minute follow-up. The $99 self-pay figure the company advertises elsewhere is its urgent-care visit price and does not apply to mental health. With insurance the company says cost varies by plan and may be $0. | Doctor On Demand reports psychiatric care in all 50 states, Oregon among them. The evidence is its psychiatry page; the separately booked talk-therapy appointment carries no published Oregon statement. Doctor On Demand states that it provides psychiatric care in all 50 states. That statement covers psychiatry: the company publishes no equivalent state statement for its talk-therapy appointments, which are booked and priced separately, so treat this as evidence about reaching a prescriber rather than about therapist availability. The company also states that a psychiatrist does not need to be physically located in your state but must be licensed to practice in the state where you are at the time of your appointment, so this is not a local office. It does not establish an available appointment, a particular clinician, insurance or employer coverage, or that any medication will be prescribed. State evidence checked · State availability source Insured cost is plan-specific: the site publishes different therapy and psychiatry ranges for each named plan and says the estimate can change once coverage and deductible are known. | FOLX Health FOLX talk therapy, relationship or couples therapy, and ongoing ADHD care for people meeting the company's prior-treatment requirements; separate appointment types, not one bundled visit. Official website ↗ |
FOLX's therapy roster identifies licensed social workers, counselors and psychologists. Its medication-management appointments are a different service; confirm the assigned prescriber's credential rather than assuming the therapist is a psychiatrist. Access channel: Direct to consumer | Cash pay · Insurance The cash list separates 55-minute individual therapy at $139, 55-minute relationship therapy at $199, and medication-management visits at $159 initially or $79 for follow-up. These are listed service rates, not a guaranteed ADHD-specific quote. Full-platform membership is $43.99 monthly or $349 annually; visits, medication and labs are additional. Ask whether the separately arranged limited-access route applies to the intended visit and its total price. | FOLX lists talk therapy, couples therapy and ongoing ADHD care for Oregon; the ADHD route retains the prior-diagnosis and recent-prescription conditions. The company state table lists talk therapy, couples therapy and ADHD care all as available here. Read from the company own state-by-service table rather than a nationwide statement. It does not establish patient eligibility, clinician availability, insurance coverage, or that any particular medication is offered. The source footnote restricts the ADHD offering: the company states it can manage ADHD treatment only for someone who already has a prior diagnosis and has received a prescription within the last six months, and that it cannot provide an initial ADHD diagnosis at this time. State evidence checked · State availability source The state table distinguishes these three services from general mental-health visits through primary care. ADHD care requires a prior diagnosis and a prescription within the last six months; no initial ADHD diagnosis is offered. The ADHD booking policy requires supporting documents at least three business days beforehand; incomplete documentation may mean another paid visit, and a visit is not refundable merely because no prescription results. Insurance and appointment availability require individual confirmation. FOLX says it does not accept Medicare or Medicaid to pay for its own services and is not a Medicare provider, but its Medicare/Medicaid FAQ states that a Medicare-enrolled person may still receive care if they agree that neither they nor FOLX will bill Medicare for it. The same FAQ says a person on Medicaid in Kentucky or Colorado cannot receive clinical services through FOLX, though they may still join for the referral network and community platform; that is the company's policy tied to Medicaid enrollment, not a state law and not a withdrawal from either state. | MDLIVE Scheduled therapy and psychiatry by phone or video, including medication-management appointments with psychiatrists, with care for children aged 10 to 17 also advertised Official website ↗ |
Therapists and psychiatrists seen by appointment rather than on demand, so availability depends on provider schedules. Access channel: Direct to consumer, Employer, Health plan | Cash pay · Insurance · Employer or plan benefit Therapy is advertised at $0 to $179 for an initial visit with follow-ups up to $140 before insurance; psychiatry at $0 to $299 for an initial visit with follow-ups up to $159 before insurance. A $0 price depends on insurance or benefit eligibility rather than applying to every patient, and people with employer or plan access see their applicable charge before booking. | Oregon's MDLIVE entry is nationwide in scope, broader but less detailed than the FOLX state-table listing above it, and phone-visit availability follows state regulation. The FAQ records where the mental-health service is offered, not that a therapist or psychiatrist is free, not which clinician type takes a given need, and not that any treatment or prescription will be provided. MDLIVE's FAQ answers "Where is MDLIVE available?" with "MDLIVE is available anywhere in the United States* and Puerto Rico", adding that with its national network of board-certified doctors you can ensure that each doctor available to you is fully licensed to practice medicine in your state. The asterisk marks a footnote saying availability of phone visits varies in accordance with state regulations. That answer is tagged to MDLIVE's mental-health service among others, and a separate FAQ answer says MDLIVE has a vast, nationwide network of board-certified, licensed doctors in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. This records where the mental-health service is offered. It does not establish which clinicians are available where you are, how soon an appointment can be scheduled, what you would pay, or that any particular treatment or prescription will be provided. State evidence checked · State availability source Phone-visit availability varies under state rules, so the format can depend on location. Not every plan covers every MDLIVE service. A prescription is not guaranteed and the service does not prescribe controlled substances. MDLIVE is for nonemergency care and directs mental-health emergencies to 911 or emergency care. How companies enter this list
Each selected company has a published profile, a maintained service row and a separately reviewed match to current evidence for this state. A general national footprint is insufficient. The list is selective; an omitted provider is not necessarily unavailable. Inclusion does not establish clinical suitability, state licensure or a currently available appointment.
Smaller and larger providers use the same source requirements and alphabetical ordering. Visit each profile for company history and wider context, or suggest another provider.
