Pediatrics, online.

Company statements checked between September 10, 2026 and September 15, 2026: 4 covered companies — Amazon One Medical, Blueberry Pediatrics, CallonDoc and Teladoc Health — advertise online pediatrics services. State-by-state coverage is in the state access guides below. Confirm eligibility and total charges with the provider.

Explore virtual pediatric services, age and guardian requirements, family memberships, appointment charges and coordination with existing care.

Start with the child’s age and the kind of service

A pediatric telehealth listing can describe a dedicated children’s service or the pediatric portion of a broader virtual-care program. It does not automatically include a family’s routine appointments, vaccinations or every service available to adults on the same platform.

This guide covers the companies’ advertised access arrangements, not advice about a child’s symptoms. Blueberry Pediatrics organizes care around a family membership and pediatric team. Call-On-Doc offers submitted pediatric consultations. Teladoc includes children within its plan-dependent urgent-care service. They should not be read as three identical products.

Family membership or individual visit?

Blueberry’s pricing page distinguishes its month-to-month charge from an annual payment expressed as a monthly equivalent. The kit charge is another component. A family comparing that membership with individual visits needs the actual annual commitment—not just the smallest number on a price card.

For an appointment-based service, check the charge for the child and consultation being booked. A parent’s employer benefit or insurance policy may require the child to be added as an eligible dependent. Ask the plan or provider what it needs; an adult’s successful login alone does not establish the child’s coverage.

Useful questions include:

  • Does the payment cover one child, all eligible dependents, or a specified number of visits?
  • Is there an enrollment, kit, shipping or renewal charge?
  • Are prescriptions, tests or another clinician’s services charged separately?
  • Does cancelling stop the next renewal, or also provide a refund for unused time?

The table reports documented charges and explicit unknowns. It does not estimate how many visits a family will need or claim that a subscription necessarily saves money.

Check guardian participation and communication

Call-On-Doc’s FAQ specifies a parent or legal guardian’s role in submitting information and responding to follow-up. Teladoc’s service page requires parent or guardian participation. Blueberry describes sharing information through its app and home kit. Confirm whose account is used, who receives messages and how a visit summary is obtained.

Professional roles also deserve a close look. A page offering pediatric consultations is not proof that every appointment is with a board-certified pediatrician. The table distinguishes a dedicated pediatric team from broader clinician services without ranking those models.

How the service fits with existing care

Blueberry’s FAQ expressly says it is not a replacement for the child’s primary care provider and describes sharing visit information with permission. That is a useful operational question for any service: can the existing practice receive the visit record, and who handles follow-up outside the online program?

Confirm the patient’s age, current location and particular service before paying. The provider’s current enrollment requirements—not this directory—determine whether a visit can be offered.

Selected providers

Explore pediatrics services

4 companies with published profiles and service-specific source records. Listed alphabetically, not ranked. This is selected coverage—not every provider in the market.

Formats describe the program, not a guaranteed first-visit option in every state. A messaging or questionnaire option does not promise an initial evaluation without a live appointment. Read each provider’s service and state access notes.

Amazon One Medical

Supported one-time virtual care for children aged 2 to 11, requested by a parent or guardian through the nonmember On-Demand Care service, with family membership available separately

Official website ↗
  • Live visit
  • Messaging or questionnaire

A provider handling a one-time direct-message or video visit rather than an assigned paediatric care team. The parent or guardian requests the care on the child's behalf.

Access channel: Direct to consumer

Cash pay

Nonmember On-Demand Care starts at $29 for direct-message care and $49 for video care, charged per visit. Insurance is not accepted for nonmember On-Demand Care, although the fee is FSA and HSA eligible. Separately, Prime members can add up to five family members to a membership at $6 a month or $66 a year each. Checked September 15, 2026.

Supported care is limited to children aged 2 to 11; the service's own profiles are for adults aged 18 to 64. Direct Message Care and condition eligibility vary by state, so what can be handled for a child depends on location. This is one-time care for common conditions, not an ongoing paediatric practice. Blueberry Pediatrics

Family membership for app-based access to Blueberry's pediatric team, with a home medical kit.

Official website ↗
  • Messaging or questionnaire
  • Live visit

Blueberry identifies board-certified pediatricians and describes chat, shared photos/video and conversations with its pediatric team.

Access channel: Direct to consumer

Cash pay

The pricing page lists $29 month-to-month, or $216 billed annually ($18 monthly equivalent). A home-kit charge is additional; the displayed kit discount is promotional and should be confirmed. Membership covers dependent children without per-child or per-visit charges; medication and outside services should be checked separately.

The FAQ advertises birth to the 21st birthday, all 50 states and DC. It says the service does not replace a child's primary care provider; some evaluations depend on receiving and using the kit.

Company-reported · Checked

CallonDoc

Parent- or guardian-submitted online pediatric consultations.

Official website ↗
  • Messaging or questionnaire

The general FAQ identifies doctors and nurse practitioners; the pediatric service name does not establish that every assigned clinician is a pediatrician.

Access channel: Direct to consumer

Cash pay

Self-pay consultation fee; confirm the selected pediatric service's current quote. Medication obtained at a pharmacy is a separate charge. No per-family membership price is established for this consultation row.

The FAQ accepts children age one and older. A parent or legal guardian must complete the questionnaire and be available for clinician follow-up. Confirm any narrower requirement for the particular consultation.

Teladoc Health

Children's non-emergency visits within Teladoc Health's 24/7 virtual urgent-care service.

Official website ↗
  • Live visit

Teladoc describes licensed providers experienced in treating children, in the pediatric answer's own words; the board-certified doctors and nurse practitioners description belongs to the separate general urgent-care answer; its page does not promise a pediatric-specialist appointment for every child.

Access channel: Direct to consumer, Employer, Health plan

Cash pay · Insurance · Employer or plan benefit

Member-specific urgent-care charges depend on the benefit plan and are shown before connecting. The service page does not establish a universal family subscription or single pediatric visit price.

A parent or guardian participates. Teladoc says eligible ages depend on state regulations; check the child's eligibility in the account rather than importing an adult-service rule.

How companies enter this list

We include a company when its published profile names this care area and the row's sources describe the specific offering. The table keeps those service-level claims separate from company-wide pricing and geography. Inclusion does not establish clinical suitability, state licensure or a currently available appointment.

Smaller and larger providers use the same source requirements and alphabetical ordering. Visit each profile for company history and wider context, or suggest another provider.
